Introduction
At the beginning of the 2012-2013 academic year, our 125 professors and 68 support staff welcomed more than 4,500 undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students. The Faculty of Health Sciences, spread over 5 geographic sites, is made up of four schools (Nursing, Rehabilitation Sciences, Human Kinetics and the Interdisciplinary School of Health Sciences) and a nutrition program leading to a bachelor's degree in nutrition sciences. The Faculty excels in its research endeavour thanks to the efforts of over 100 researchers working in a variety of disciplines, from molecular biology to metabolism, from human kinetics to social sciences of health.
