Biomch-L is an electronic discussion forum.  It allows those with a
common interest in biomechanics and related fields to communicate by
electronic mail (E-mail).  Subscription is free.  Biomch-L is fully
moderated and web access is at http://isb.ri.ccf.org/biomch-l .


1. To post a message, send mail to Biomch-L@nic.surfnet.nl.  Note:
    * No commercial advertising. Product announcements OK, but may be edited.
    * Do some homework (literature, Biomch-L archives) before asking.
    * Use a meaningful Subject: line, or use Re: <existing subject>.
    * Postings should be text-only (no MSWord or graphics files).

2. To subscribe, send 'SUBSCRIBE BIOMCH-L firstname lastname (affiliation)'
   to LISTSERV@nic.surfnet.nl.
   Other common commands for LISTSERV@nic.surfnet.nl:
     UNSUBSCRIBE BIOMCH-L   to leave the list, see item (4) in case of problem
     SET BIOMCH-L DIGEST    to get a daily digest instead of separate postings
     SET BIOMCH-L NODIGEST  to turn off the digest subscription option
     SET BIOMCH-L NOMIME    to get the digest in text format
     SET BIOMCH-L MIME      to get the digest in MIME format (default)
     SET BIOMCH-L INDEX     to receive daily table of contents only
     SET BIOMCH-L NOINDEX   to turn off the index subscription option
     SET BIOMCH-L NOMAIL    to stop receiving postings, but remain subscribed
     SET BIOMCH-L MAIL      back to normal, after NOMAIL
     INFO                   for more help on using LISTSERV commands
