Goals

  • To promote palliative care content in nursing programs and to prepare new scholars in the field of palliative care.
  • To build capacity in nursing and interprofessional palliative care research
  • To create a community of palliative care scholarship through partnership and interprofessional collaboration
  • To promote and enhance the uptake of palliative care research evidence into policy and practice
  • To expand and enhance the research training opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and other trainees within the unit.
