Governance
Co-directors, who oversee the operations and activities of the unit. The co-directors supervise administrative staff. The director or co-director also represents the unit publicly and serves as liaison between the unit, the University of Ottawa and other parties.
Core management committee, comprised of the co-directors and founding members and responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating NPCREU operations, including budgeting activities. The core management committee determines the need for further subcommittees to complete various unit-related tasks.
Committees
Membership committee: Chaired by a member of the core management committee; comprised of two appointed senior members; reviews applications for membership and presents applications to core management committee for approval.
Public relations committee: Chaired by a member of the core management committee; comprised of the administrative staff and one or two appointed senior members.
