Motor Control

This domain group is interested in the neural and psychological basis of how human movement skill is acquired, learned and controlled. Current research covers a wide range of topics in sensorimotor control, self-modelling and observational learning, posture control and timing in normal, elderly and pathological populations.

Several important collaborations exist with local area hospitals, other departments on campus and research institutes.
