BiographyI completed my PhD studies in 1998. This research focused on the study of verbal interventions by nurse preceptors in the perspective of critical thinking development of student nurses during the teaching/learning process of clinical practice. This area of research continues to interest me, but my current research projects focus primarily on conflicting decision making. I therefore work with a team of researchers at the Ottawa Health Research Institute, specifically at the Ottawa Health Decision Centre (OHDC). |
