Fit-Testing for N-95 Mask

This Web site allows you to book an appointment online to be fit-tested for an N-95 mask at Roger Guindon hall.  You may also make a change to an existing appointment online.

The Faculty organizes two fit-testing clinic sessions during the academic year: One in September and the other in March.

1. Steps to complete a new registration

  1. Enter your student or employee number and click the “identification” button.  
  2. Select your program and click the “identification” button
  3. Select a date from the available dates in the drop down menu and click the “submit” button.
  4. Select a time from the available times in the drop down menu and click the “submit” button.
  5. Fill in your personal information and click the “submit” button.
  6. You will receive confirmation of your appointment and instructions regarding location, cost and preparation. It is recommended that you print this page for your records.

2. Steps to update or to view an earlier registration

  1. Enter your student or employee number and click the “identification” button.
  2. View your previous registration details and / or update your registration. If you opt to update, select a new date from the available dates in the drop down menu and click the “submit” button.
  3. Select a new time, make any other required changes to your personal information then click the “update” button.
  4. You will receive confirmation of your new appointment as well as the instructions regarding location, cost and preparation. It is recommended that you print this page for your records.
